El Mar sin nombre
El Mar sin Nombre is an interdisciplinary creation developed as part of a research-creation residency between Brazil and Colombia from 2011 to 2012.
Two actress-dancers reveal, through a simple yet poetic construction of states, actions, and movement, their exploration of need, distance, desire, the presence of absence, sexual impulse, loss of control, emptiness, and the feeling of being in a non-place.
A white sea and two bodies in extreme states immerse the audience in a living, pulsating space-time—charged with unspoken words, echoing silences, moments of intensity, passion, overflow, and deep complicity.
