I am a PhD in Creative Arts Industries (Dance Studies), devoted yogini, performing artist, and passionate educator. My artistic and academic research explores embodiment as a transformative practice, integrating movement, yogic science, and creative inquiry to illuminate the sacred connection between body, mind, and soul. I studied at Metamundo School with Cristóbal Jodorowsky, engaging in deep explorations of therapeutic art through the lenses of psychomagic, metagenealogy, and psychoshamanism between 2014 and 2016
Through my transdisciplinary doctoral work, I investigated the subtle dimensions of the body by bridging dance, somatics, and yogic philosophy—unfolding new ways of understanding healing, presence, and spiritual expression through the arts.
Originally from Colombia and based in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland since 2018, I honor my cultural heritage by weaving it into every layer of my work. I offer Dance, Physical Theatre and Kundalini Yoga classes in English and Spanish, and also teach in Portuguese, creating inclusive, heart-centered spaces for diverse communities to experience inner connection and transformation.
